Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Sonipat (Factory)
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: 2–4 years (Manufacturing/Factory HR preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle day-to-day HR operations at the factory.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, timesheets, and biometric data.
- Manage worker onboarding, documentation, ID cards, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act).
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower and verify their compliance documents.
- Handle payroll inputs—attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.
- Maintain employee records, files, and statutory registers.
- Support in recruitment for workers and staff.
Administration
- Oversee factory housekeeping, security, and canteen arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, PPE, and other admin purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and AMC services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of transport, visitor management, and facilities.
- Handle payroll distribution, uniform issuance, and basic admin MIS.
Employee Relations
- Address worker grievances and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Conduct HR inductions, safety briefings, and basic training coordination.
Compliance
- Maintain statutory compliance documents required during audits.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for monthly reports and government submissions.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of labour laws and factory HR processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Should be disciplined, proactive, and able to handle factory workforce.
- Must be comfortable working in factory environment.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in HR (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing/plant HR is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
