Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Finance Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support the

Business and Finance functions of a rapidly growing B2B student mobility platform. The

role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and collaboration with finance, business,

partnerships, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage revenue reconciliation across internal systems, partners, agencies, and

international payment platforms.

  • Validate partner revenue, commissions, incentives, and payouts as per commercial

agreements.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in B2B settlements, cashback programs, and payment

flows.

  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights on partner performance and revenue trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support new

initiatives.

  • Prepare financial recommendations (recos) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal

controls.

  • Support cross-border payment validations, including FX checks, settlements, and

exceptions.

  • Prepare periodic financial or business reports (SQL/Power BI/Tableau optional).

Requirements

  • CA or MBA (Finance) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in business finance, revenue operations, payments, or analytics

(B2B/SaaS/fintech/mobility preferred).

  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and partner commission structures.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
