Key Requirements
- Business Head – Partnerships will lead merchant acquisition and growth partnerships. The role is accountable for onboarding new merchants, expanding revenue from existing merchants, and scaling enterprise partnerships,
- Own end-to-end merchant onboarding, adding new merchants and drive portfolio penetration by meeting business stakeholders, enterprise decision makers, founders, distribution leaders, and channel heads of merchant organizations.
- Drive predictable revenue growth and achievement of revenue and margin target via strong pipeline management, sales governance, and execution rigor.
Required Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales & distribution, B2B enterprise sales, or merchant partnership roles.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, merchant acquisition, B2B2C affordability/embedded-finance or insurance distribution.
- Agency channel leadership experience at an insurer is a significant advantage
- Capability to build long-term, compliant, and profitable B2B partnerships
- Comfortable in complex commercial structuring
- Experience scaling sales teams, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, B2B negotiation, and cross-functional category leadership
