Finance Manager Finance Business Partner CA QualifiedLocation: Mumbai & Pune.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team.This critical role will enable business leaders to make strategic decisions and drive performance across products and services.You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and create long-term value.Key Responsibilities- Support senior finance leadership in all financial matters including month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.- Partner with business units to provide commercial and financial decision support while challenging profitability to drive performance.- Create and monitor investment business cases, track cost savings, and support third-party contract renewals.- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packs to provide actionable insights.- Collaborate with divisional finance teams and operational managers to drive performance improvement and value creation.- Ensure compliance with group standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and policies.Qualifications & Experience- CA Qualified.- 6 to 8 years of experience in analysis, accounting, and management reporting.- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, data validation, etc.) and MS Office applications.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.- Accuracy in reporting with strong attention to detail and adherence to Experience in the service sector.- SAP knowledge.- Exposure to other analytical and reporting tools.
