Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pre-Sales Executive with strong cold calling and lead qualification skills to join our growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and assisting the sales team in achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in residential/commercial projects.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and other key selling points to prospective clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the lead database/CRM system with accurate client information and call notes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Identify new opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and engagement during every interaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce / Communication or equivalent.
- 2–6 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing — preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
