Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Construction Sales Manager. The role involves managing and driving sales across construction projects by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing project proposals, meeting prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closely working with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively. The role also includes staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and the ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in presenting proposals, preparing agreements, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of construction industry trends, project lifecycles, and technical know-how of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in construction or real estate sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and effectively manage multiple priorities
