Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate the execution of spaceframe construction projects, managing all stages from planning to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, maintaining construction safety standards, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. The role also involves collaborating with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address technical specifications and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading construction teams and managing on-site personnel
- Knowledge and experience in Budgeting and Project Control, including cost forecasting and resource management
- Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and meet project deliverables effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably involving structural or architectural spaceframes
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction-related software
