Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Set sales quotas and targets for individual team members and monitor their performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary

- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Identify obstacles or challenges in achieving sales targets and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-specific sales strategies and promotions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback
