Marketing & Channel Partner team in Hyderabad

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking
dynamic professionals
across marketing and channel partner functions who are ready to take on exciting challenges in real estate. Whether you are a seasoned marketing executive or an experienced channel partner professional, this is an opportunity to work on large-scale residential and villa projects, build strong networks, and accelerate your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle
walk-ins, digital enquiries, and channel partner leads
for luxury projects in Hyderabad. - Conduct
professional project presentations & site visits
for HNI / NRI / premium customers. - Understand customer requirements,
position the right unit
, and create urgency to close. - Explain
project USPs, pricing, payment schedules, legal & loan processes
clearly and confidently. - Manage
end-to-end sales cycle
– enquiry → follow-up → visit → negotiation → booking → documentation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
Channel Partners (CPs), wealth managers, and influencers
. - Achieve
monthly booking targets
and contribute to overall project revenue goals. - Regularly update
CRM / sales trackers
with lead status, follow-ups, and closure details. - Coordinate with
Finance, CRM, and Documentation teams
to ensure smooth customer experience. - Represent Casagrand at
weekend events, CP meets, launches, and promotional activities
. - Provide
market feedback
on competitor projects, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:
Minimum
5 to 8 years
of experience in
residential real estate sales
, preferably in:
Luxury / premium villas
- High-end gated communities / upscale apartments
- Industry:
Real estate developers, luxury realty brokers, or reputed property consultancies. - Location Preference:
Candidates with
Hyderabad market experience
(must know city micro-markets, especially North/West Hyderabad).
