We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Residential Sales Professionals to join our luxury real estate sales team for Trump Towers Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a passion for high-end property sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships with UHNWIs and HNWIs.
What this job involves:
- Responsible for achieving desired transaction revenue goals as a key team member with equal focus on Luxury Residential Sales.
- Being an effective solution provider to the HNI/UHNI segment by acquiring such clients and helping them with buying decisions end-to-end.
- The ability to establish and maintain active relations with UHNI/Channel Partners/SMEs will be crucial for success.
- The incumbent should be able to understand the macro and microeconomic environment, competitive landscape, and consumer life cycle journey progression Conduct Extensive Market
- Research to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities, and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing, and expansion strategies work on creating a healthy sales funnel from self, channel partners/sub-franchises, as well as organization-led lead generation activities.
- Mapping client needs to appropriate projects with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs to the organization's benefit
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and several other sales origination activities to create an effective brand presence, sales closures, and networking
Performance objectives:
People Management Skills: Good financial acumen, Strong interpersonal skills, Identify and understand client needs clearly, Self-driven and proactive attitude towards assigned goals, Ability and willingness to engage well at all stages of the sales process
Employee specification: Post Graduate with Minimum 07+ years of work experience across real estate developers and/or institutional brokers/ Hospitality Luxury Sales
Must-have: Experience in Luxury selling/ Residential luxury project sales.
