Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Luxury Sales Consultant for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, mid-level position, requiring between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales in the luxury segment, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and superior retail practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in clienteling to establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Expertise in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive luxury brand knowledge to adequately meet the discerning requirements of clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships and increase customer retention.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising to enhance in-store experience and product appeal.
  • Familiarity with retail analytics for analyzing consumer data and optimizing sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional multilingual communication skills to engage a diverse clientele and communicate brand values effectively.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels to promote luxury products and engage target audiences.
