Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Fashion Consultant for Ed A Mamma at Reliance Retail in Hyderabad, Kukatpally. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion consulting, retail sales, and customer service, dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and promoting our fashion and lifestyle products.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive experiences for all customers and effectively resolve queries (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in retail sales, with a proven ability to drive product sales and achieve store targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge and practical skills in fashion consulting, including the ability to offer tailored advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Hands-on experience as a fashion consultant, demonstrating an understanding of current trends and the ability to communicate style effectively.
  • Showroom sales expertise, capable of managing product displays, assisting walk-in customers, and closing sales efficiently.
  • Understanding of wardrobe planning, assisting customers in creating coordinated and versatile outfits suited to different occasions and personal styles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers and contribute positively to team efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing stock, visual merchandising, and store operations to maintain a high standard of presentation.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable fashion products or complete outfits to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Provide expert advice on fashion trends, wardrobe coordination, and product selection, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively promoting fashion items, accessories, and special offers to customers.
  • Manage showroom operations, including arranging merchandise displays and ensuring tidy and organized presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the store and contribute to consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Support visual merchandising activities by updating displays as per seasonal trends and promotional campaigns to attract and engage shoppers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product features, new arrivals, and current promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
