Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant based in Hyderabad. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored fashion advice, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves staying updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Additionally, the Fashion Consultant will help create a positive shopping experience by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to provide customized style advice to clients.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales abilities to achieve targets and promote brand products effectively.
  • Ability to keep up with current trends and adapt to the dynamic fashion industry.
  • Proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous retail or consulting experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
