Role Summary

Drive first-stage customer engagement and lead qualification for Keerthi Estates' premium villa portfolio (6 Cr+). This sophisticated consultative role requires building relationships with high-net-worth prospects through structured telecalling, needs assessment, and seamless handoffs to the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Nurturing

  • Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and referrals
  • Conduct structured telecalling campaigns to warm and cold databases
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, location preferences, and investment intent
  • Build detailed customer profiles and buying journey insights

2. Consultative Engagement

  • Position villa projects as premium lifestyle and investment opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements: family size, amenities, location preferences, investment vs end-use
  • Provide comprehensive project information: specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans
  • Address initial queries with sophistication matching customer expectations

3. Appointment Setting & Handoffs

  • Schedule site visits and meetings with qualified prospects
  • Coordinate with field sales team for smooth lead transitions
  • Provide detailed customer briefs to maximize visit conversion
  • Follow up post-visit to ensure engagement continuity

4. Database Management & Nurturing

  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records with interaction history and preferences
  • Develop long-term nurturing campaigns for prospects not ready to buy immediately
  • Segment database based on buying stage, budget, and engagement level

5. Market Intelligence & Feedback

Qualifications

Criteria Requirements

Market Knowledge Understanding of Hyderabad luxury real estate market and HNI customer behavior
