Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving by taking leads. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, and developing strategies to grow the company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Proven experience in business development, or client handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
