Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, establishing partnerships, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The individual will also be responsible for market research, analyzing industry trends, and contributing to the organization's growth strategy. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and strategic planning skills
  • Proven record in lead generation, partnerships, and client relationship management
  • Ability to effectively conduct market research and analyze industry insights
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the tech/education/startup ecosystem is preferred
