We're Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – International Sales & Marketing (South/Latin America)

Location: Delhi, India

Reporting To: AVP / Senior VP – Sales & Marketing (Exports)

About the Role

Join our dynamic exports team to lead and expand our presence across South and Latin American markets. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for international business and relationship-building, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across South and Latin America through strategic sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand regional footprint
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years of experience in International Sales (South/Latin America preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or B.Tech is a plus)
  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across international markets
