Key Responsibilities
Make outbound international calls to prospective clients in the construction and infrastructure sector. Generating Formwork Leads From Construction Projects At Europe /And Middle East Countries Well Coordination with Team Management Explain company products (Formwork, (Shuttering Systems, etc.) to clients and understand their project requirements. Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. Maintain client database and record all communication in CRM or Excel. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client responses. Meet weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Handle client queries professionally and provide prompt assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred. Minimum 4 years of international telecalling experience (B2B preferred). Prior experience in Formwork / Construction material sales is a must. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence. Ability to handle international time zones and flexible working hours if required. Strong negotiation and customer handling skills. Key Competencies Good presentation and convincing ability. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
