We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and confident candidate for the position of Senior International Sales & Marketing (Exports) with strong experience in Agro commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international sales and marketing activities for Agro commodities in Middle East, Africa, and other global markets.
  • Make direct follow-up and sales calls to international buyers; explain product specifications and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with importers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Identify new buyers, markets, and business opportunities in the FMCG & Agro export sector.
  • Prepare and maintain customer databases, sales reports, and lead tracking using Excel and other tools.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Stay updated on international market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing of deals for products such as rice, basmati rice, pulses, chickpeas, spices, tea, coffee, seeds, and other agro commodities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in international sales/export marketing of Agro commodities.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Middle East & African markets.
  • Ability to independently close sales and generate business.
  • Proficiency in Excel, lead management, and sales reporting.
  • Should be proactive, target-driven, and well-versed with export documentation basics.
