Our client has been operating in Idia for the last 15 years, managing 1200 client locations with 13K plus deployment of people. They are ambitious to grow at 2X in the next three years and are looking for senior leaders to support and sustain the growth. They provide best-in-class FM solutions to large retail and mall clients, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
 
Job Title: Custar Manager - FM Operations (Facilities Management)
Location: Pune, Maharastra 
 
As an operations manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the operations of our facility management services. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management, you will bring valuable expertise and leadership to our team.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
7. Lead a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
8. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations to ensure the company remains profitable.
 
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management or a related field managing operations of multiple units People staying near harbar or Central line preferred.
2. Proven track record in managing facility operations effectively and profitably.
3. Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with P&L management with a strategic mindset.
6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation.
