Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Pune. The Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing staff, optimizing operational processes, conducting regular audits of quality and service, and addressing customer or outlet concerns. The role demands leadership in fostering team efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving performance improvements.

  • Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Quality Control skills
  • Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Training & Development skills
  • Proficiency in Performance Monitoring, Auditing, and Metrics Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Resource Management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs and maintain standards under pressure
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry (3-7 years required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of South Indian cuisine is a plus
