Role & responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and targets in the designated area.
- Set sales targets for individual sales representatives and monitor their performance regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Identify potential areas for business expansion and work with the management team to develop and implement expansion plans.
- Regularly visit clients and retail stores to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Developing new distributors / dealers and working on to expand existing business.
- Business operations ensuring availability, quality, and timely delivery of product at the POS.
- Meeting customer demands on time and build the distribution infrastructure.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies tailored for Ice-Cream Retail market.
Preferred candidate profile
- Competent in leading and directing the Business preferably with experience from Ice Cream/Dairy/Food/beverage business.
- Should possess deep understanding of primarily B2C sales.
- Should possess a distinctive track record of managing and growing a business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.
- An out of the box thinker, team player, dynamic, self-motivated
