Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Canada & Australia. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals, and lead cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth initiatives to achieve long-term success.
