Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance aligns with company objectives, and provide leadership to achieve organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing and implementing strategies, monitoring team progress, and fostering effective communication. Coordination with various departments and maintaining client relationships will be crucial elements of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in project planning, organization, and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities
