Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and negotiating sales deals. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities within the plumbing, contracting, building, and retail sectors.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients such as plumbers, contractors, builders, and retailers.
  • Knowledge of CPVC and UPVC pipes, fittings, and associated products; understanding of the construction and plumbing industry is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills for handling inquiries, resolving client concerns, and closing sales deals efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to meeting sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and expanding customer networks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and document handling is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; relevant sales experience in the construction/retail industry is highly desirable.
