Through strong partnerships with insurance companies, the platform offers a wide array of products such as General, Life, Health, Motor, Property, and Cyber insurance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Salesperson at BSE Ebix. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing relationships with customers and Point of Sale Persons (POSPs), and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include promoting the company's insurance products, maintaining a customer database, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and new products. The role also involves continuous collaboration with team members and partners to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client acquisition, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and experience in the financial services industry, including General, Life, Health, or Motor insurance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relationship management and customer service
  • Data analysis and reporting abilities to monitor sales performance
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with digital insurance platforms is advantageous
