Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and addressing customer needs with tailored product solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Salesperson will also provide post-sales support and contribute to the growth of the company's client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs and trends.
  • Understanding of product specifications and ability to demonstrate technical and practical product applications.
  • Proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, shipping, or packaging industries is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
