Heritage Hospitals is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our doctor referral program. The primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with external doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners, encouraging them to refer patients to Heritage Hospitals for secondary and tertiary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage general practitioners, consultants, and specialists to generate patient referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical establishments.
  • Conduct regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure a steady flow of referrals.

Educate doctors about Heritage Hospitals' clinical services, specialties, facilities, and success stories.

  • Collect feedback from referring doctors to enhance the hospital's service delivery and coordination.
  • Maintain a referral tracking database and provide regular reports on performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure referred patients receive timely and quality care.
  • Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and other engagement activities to strengthen the referral network.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Build a bridge between the Hospital and the internal marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Science, Pharma, or Healthcare). MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or medical referral coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in field sales, relationship management, or doctor engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of hospital services, clinical departments, and medical terminology.
