Sales Business Development Manager

Job Description:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the Institutional Catering Business
- Proactively seek out new leads and generate a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote and sell to potential clients.
Build and nurture client relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
- Create a strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to them, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Sales and negotiation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Sales reporting and forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management review

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
