JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bespoke Sales Consultant to provide personalized luxury shopping experiences to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of luxury menswear and bespoke tailoring. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service, ensuring their unique requirements are met while upholding the brand's high standards of craftsmanship and style.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual style preferences and requirements.
  • Guide clients through the bespoke tailoring process, from fabric selection to fittings, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Offer expert advice on style, trends, and garment care to enhance the client's confidence and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client outreach and relationship management.

Bespoke Consultation & Customization:

  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately translated into the final garment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabric options, customization possibilities, and industry trends.
  • Conduct detailed consultations, providing suggestions for cuts, fits, and embellishments that align with the client's vision.

Inventory & Order Management:

  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of bespoke orders, from initial consultation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production team to monitor timelines, ensuring timely delivery of custom pieces.
  • Assist in managing inventory for bespoke fabrics and materials, ensuring availability for client consultations.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the brand's identity and standards by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for SDS by KUSHAL SHAH, fostering trust and loyalty among clients.
  • Represent the brand at events, trunk shows, and client meet-ups to expand outreach and build clientele.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Maintain detailed client records and feedback to personalize future interactions and improve service.
  • Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to assist in refining the bespoke offering.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

  • 2–4+ years of experience in luxury retail, bespoke sales, or personal styling, preferably in menswear.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke tailoring processes, fabrics, and contemporary menswear trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of bespoke tailoring and various menswear silhouettes.
  • Couture-level understanding of garments, especially embroidery, fabrics, and finishing techniques.
  • Skilled in taking client measurements and conducting fittings in coordination with master tailors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficient in sales tracking tools and CRM systems.
  • Keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client orders simultaneously.
