We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, be proficient in client handling, and demonstrate expertise in PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and project management. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong coordination abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead projects across various teams, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and adherence to project goals.
  • Client Handling: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with timely solutions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Create engaging and professional presentations for internal and client use.
  • Advanced Excel: Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros.
  • Coordination: Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and successful project execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular updates and professional service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), MS PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in client communication and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
