Role Description

This is a full-time Software Implementation Specialist role based on-site in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for implementing software solutions for clients, conducting end-to-end process analyses to ensure successful deployments, and diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise. Additional duties include providing technical support, troubleshooting software functionality, and maintaining open communication with clients to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Software Implementation and familiarity with implementation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to identify user needs and optimize software solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics or technology industry is an added advantage.
