Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
  • Configure and integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) for alert ingestion and proactive incident management.
  • Develop workflows, scripts, and custom integrations to automate routine tasks and enhance platform efficiency.
  • Perform CMDB population, normalization, and health checks to ensure data accuracy and trust.
  • Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues, conduct POCs, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITOM solutions with business missions and DevOps/SRE practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years in ITOM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB fundamentals and IT operations processes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and integrations.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (CIS-ITOM).
  • CIS-ITSM or related certifications.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow automation.
  • Agile experience and strong technical leadership
