About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Event Management Specialist
to join our dynamic ITSM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow's Event Management module to drive operational excellence and enable event-driven incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and integrate the
    ServiceNow Event Management
    module.
  • Develop and maintain
    Workflows, Sub-Flows, and Flow Designer
    automations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with
    third-party monitoring and alerting tools
    such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar platforms.
  • Implement and maintain
    event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation
    processes within ServiceNow.
  • Utilize
    Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and Linux scripting
    for automation and integrations.
  • Work with
    RESTful APIs
    for data exchange and process automation.
  • Ensure alignment with
    ITIL practices
    , particularly event-driven incident management.
  • Provide
    weekend production implementation, upgrade validation
    , and
    on-call support
    as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow Event Management
    configuration and integrations.
  • Strong background in
    automation, scripting, and process development
    within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with major
    monitoring and observability platforms
    (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong
    customer focus
    with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
