Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages, coordinating with clients to understand their travel needs, and providing customized solutions. Key tasks include maintaining and growing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on the latest travel trends and destinations. The role requires effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and craft customized solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
