Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Media Sales with strong experience in television, digital, print media houses, or advertising agencies. The role involves driving brand partnerships, ad sales, and media collaborations within Boss Wallah's growing content ecosystem. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals while collaborating closely with marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and key marketing decision-makers for digital media partnerships.
  • Present and pitch Boss Wallah's media capabilities, brand integration options, and content solutions.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings (online/offline).
  • Understand client goals and create customized media proposals.
  • Lead negotiations and close revenue-generating deals.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to execute campaigns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and brand advertising spends.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in media sales / ad sales / brand partnerships.
  • Mandatory background in TV channels, digital media networks, print media houses, or ad agencies.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, media planning, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and revenue expectations.
