Position Summary
Associate, Operations Systems is responsible for handling and managing below responsibilities.

• Handling the assigned Archives for all product lines.
• Guiding the contract resources for any clarifications on issues related to Archiving for any product lines
• Inform Team Lead after completion of the Archive downloads.
• Run Archive validation tools periodically.
• Validate Archives manually for some tasks which are not automated.
• Need to work with QA Team for archive audits.
• Update the picklist in Smartsheet for the assigned clients.
• Need to complete the tasks on daily basis.
• Support clients / 3rd Party vendors for any technical issues.
• Work with Onboarding Project Manager any client related issues.
• Work on the assigned tickets and respond with solutions.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead (VM's performance, Resourcing Issues and picklist issues)
• Need to work with Admin team to begin the archive in identifying the Picklist issues, validating the client credentials (authorizations & permissions)
• Updating the Archives status to the Team Lead at the end of the day.
• Should be flexible to work extra hours and weekends when required.
• Flexible to work and move to other teams.

Experience:
3-6 yrs

Education:
Graduations degree in any field
