Job Summary:


The Technical Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the technical aspects of business operations. This role involves preparing and managing forms in the technical infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient technical processes, and supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate with business team members to streamline technical operations.
  • Implement system updates and improvements as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Work closely with the Business teams to support business initiatives.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Become a key stakeholder in the transformation journeys of thousands of users.


Work Week:

  • 6 Day work week (Week Off aligned with Business Teams)
