Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate – Service Desk
In this role, individual need to provide Level 1 support services with knowledge of Technical/Service desk.
Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support on Calls/Chats
• Windows & MAC troubleshooting
• Active Directory
• Basic Networking
• Win NT/2000
• MS Office 2007, 2010. O365
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Good written and presentation
· Verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role
· In-depth requirement understanding skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving ability
· Interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
