Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth execution of processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in operations, client management, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Maintain and manage company data, including client records, project details, and financial documents.
  • Ensure all data is accurately entered and securely stored.

· Generate reports for management on operational metrics and client interactions.

· CRM & Documentation Handling: Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate a team, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
  • Oversee scheduling, task distribution, and progress tracking for the photography team.
  • Provide support to the team to ensure they meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure all operational processes are documented and optimized for efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Organize and manage internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Coordinate client and team events, ensuring seamless execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream – Commerce, Business Admin, Operations, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software and data management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
  • Good communication In English and Hindi and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a process-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
