Remote, India Catalysts HR Full time ₹ 3,15,000 - ₹ 4,20,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with potential corporate clients (B2B).
  • Reach out to HR managers, business heads, and decision-makers to pitch recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Create and present customized recruitment proposals and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the recruitment industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or staffing solutions.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
