Looking For E-Commerce Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing / E-Commerce

Location: Bangur

Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and company-owned websites. The role involves coordinating listings, product content, pricing, promotions, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, updates, and optimization across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels, order status, and delivery performance to prevent delays or cancellations.
  • Create and maintain product content including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
  • Analyze online sales data, traffic reports, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketplaces for new product launches, deals, and visibility improvement.
  • Ensure all product pages are SEO optimized and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle customer queries and escalations related to e-commerce orders.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, returns, and platform-wise growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
  • Good analytical and Excel/reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising is an advantage

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / E-Commerce or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations (preferably in FMCG or retail industry)
