Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for an E-commerce Executive. The E-commerce Executive will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including account management, sales performance tracking, and optimizing product listings. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, developing strategies to enhance online sales, coordinating with internal teams, managing client accounts, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role also involves team collaboration and overseeing e-commerce processes to ensure high operational efficiency.

salary 20k-25k

Qualifications

  • Proven Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
  • must be a pro in unicommerce listing
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Must be a champion in managing catalog file and product listing across all platforms including myntra
  • must have hands on payment Recommendation
  • Must be accustomed with Myntra , Ajio , Tata , Nyyka
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Team Management capabilities, including overseeing and motivating team members effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital retail strategies is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
