Job Title: Executive – Quick Commerce (Modern Trade)

Department: Modern Trade / E-commerce

Location: Kolkata

Reporting To: ASM / Head – Modern Trade

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and growing sales through Quick Commerce platforms such Ensures product visibility, availability, and timely execution of promotions for JK Masale's product range in the Quick Commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with Quick Commerce partners
  • Ensure product listing, visibility, and timely replenishment across platforms.
  • Coordinate with distributors, warehouses, and internal supply chain teams for stock availability.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, offers, and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Monitor platform performance, analyze sales data, and share insights with management.
  • Track competitor activities and recommend pricing or visibility improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform teams.
  • Ensure planogram compliance and maintain brand hygiene across listings.
  • Support new product launches on all partner platforms.
  • Handle order processing, return issues, and on-time deliveries.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of Quick Commerce & Modern Trade operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with Excel and reporting proficiency.
  • Knowledge of FMCG product management and digital merchandising.
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Quick Commerce in FMCG industry..
