We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our brand presence across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a strong analytical mindset to help scale the brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, and others.
  • Monitor platform performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless listing workflows and brand consistency.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in listing quality, ranking, visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, returns handling, inventory sync, and seller compliance across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, and similar marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze numbers, performance metrics, and trends to build actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
