We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Artwork Project Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in artwork coordination, printing, and digital assets creation within a CPG or FMCG environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in managing multiple artwork projects from design through to print production.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain, and external stakeholders like agencies, printers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks.
  • Assist in creating post-project reviews and documentation to summarize lessons learned and recommend improvements.
  • Compile all project documents, including regular status reports highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in artwork coordination, printing, and digital assets creation within a CPG or FMCG environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, , or Jira is required for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
  • A basic understanding of artwork and design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams.
  • Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm to work with Global & Local stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
