Role & responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of the project including works scheduling, and monitoring the progress of work to ensure timely completion without exceeding budget and time overrun.
  • Project coordination with Client, Engineering department, business units, vendors, subcontractors and internal department for all project activities.
  • upon receipt of Order, preparation of detailed project requirements and conducting Kick-off meetings to identify resources, constraints and areas of concern.
  • Conduct weekly Project review meetings to ensure completion as per schedule.
  • Monitor the Critical path and highlight and resolve major issues, bottlenecks, slippages, and resource constraints and update stakeholders on the project progress.
  • Providing Technical & Commercial Support to the marketing department.
  • Planning and monitoring the site activities as per the schedule and resolving site-related issues by coordination with the site In charge and local bodies physically/telephonically.
  • Find out suppliers and contractors for effective site management.
  • Material enquiries, material follow ups and technical issues solving (Material GA drawings) as per technical specifications and approved make list.
  • Visiting sites in critical situations and resolving problems.
  • Checking quantities as per BOQ and executed works.
  • Implementation of manpower with plan/site condition
  • Estimate according to design preparation interacting and coordinating with engineering suppliers and contractors for material and equipment costs.
  • Regularly visiting the site to verify labor requirements as per the client's needs and ensuring timely fulfillment when necessary.
