Basic Information
Position Title: Project Co-ordinator
Department: Facilities
Location: Hyderabad
Geographical Scope: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the initiation, planning, and execution of civil and MEP projects.
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Prepare project documentation such as RFQs, tenders, and BOQs.
- Commercial Process Navigation:
- Aid in navigating and managing the internal & external commercial processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Draft project recommendation.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Organization & Time Management:
- Assist in project scheduling, prioritization, and time management to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Foster positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Support conflict resolution and problem-solving activities with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail:
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all project documentation and reporting.
- Site Management:
- Assist in on-site project supervision & management activities as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Risk Management:
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize project risks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Support effective stakeholder management by maintaining clear and regular communication with all parties involved.
- Billing and Project Closure:
- Assist in the billing process, track the cashflow and ensure proper closure of projects upon completion.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor of engineering - Civil, Mechanical or Electrical
- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD or REVIT
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medium to large scale civil & MEP projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
