Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and execution teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience assisting with project tracking, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders on progress and deliverables.
  • Support project managers in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Track project milestones and maintain regular updates in project management tools.
  • Maintain project files and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and administration teams for seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management support.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
