Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The SCM FML Corporate role focuses on managing and coordinating the end-to-end process of commercial artworks, BOMs, and regulatory compliance for new and existing SKUs. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, plant operations, and country teams to

ensure smooth implementation and approval of artwork and specification changes, while maintaining alignment with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up on internal approvals for commercial artworks to ensure timely processing.
  • Track and follow up on Bill of Materials (BOMs), product specifications, and CRN approvals in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with plant and marketing teams to review and align expected or proposed revisions with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor availability and changes of parts, artworks, and BOMs related to new SKUs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and country teams for the implementation of new artwork designs across products.
  • Ensure all artwork and specification changes comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to commercial artworks, BOMs, and approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in supply chain coordination or commercial artwork management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up rigorously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product packaging and artwork is plus.
